Excellent new position for a junior Banking lawyer to join an award-winning national law firm with this role being based in the firm's Aberdeen offices. The firm are interested in speaking with lawyers at NQ-3 PQE level and this role presents an opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters including: banking, asset based lending and receivables financing.

Overview:

The Banking team advise a broad range of funders and borrowers on a wide variety of financing transactions and act for all the UK clearing banks, a number of other European and investment banks, independent financiers and investment funds on all types of facilities from acquisition finance, leveraged finance and real estate finance to asset based lending, securitisation and debt capital markets. The Banking team also act for many borrowers, from listed companies to small enterprises, on their financings.
Additionally, the Banking team has a high quality legal service banking team with access to a deep knowledge of current market practice which deliver a truly partner led service.
This is a team of talented team of lawyers has an insight and appreciation of the needs and pressures of clients in the financial services sector- they are renowned for the quality and speed of delivery of advice and innovative thinking.

Candidate Requirements:

Ideally you will have gained Banking experience however candidates with transactional corporate or FS experience are also invited to apply.
You should be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.
You will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach and excellent communication and organisational skills.
