One of Scotland's leading law firms is currently looking to hire a Paralegal to join their Commercial Real Estate team based in Glasgow. 

Role Profile:

  • You will provide effective real estate paralegal support for commercial clients, in particular for a large national landowner, and additional property support as required.
  • Working closely with fee earners and fellow paralegals, you'll proactively carrying out commercial transactions from inception to completion, including examining and reporting on titles, drafting and negotiating documentation and dealing with registrations.
  • Carrying out instructions on client matters and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Drafting documentation and correspondence to clients and solicitors, ensuring all salient points are covered accurately and clearly.
  • You will have access to great quality work, with a blend of autonomy and guidance as you need it- you will be supported to continue being a high performing Paralegal, or pursuing a route to traineeship if that's where you want to go. 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience working as a paralegal in a commercial law firm environment.
  • Conveyancing paralegal qualification would be great, but not essential.
  • Able to apply own legal initiative as an integral member of the team.
  • Enthusiasm and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients of all levels.
  • Able to organise and prioritise effectively.
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and adapt to change.
  • Enjoys solving problems and dealing with clients matters.
