Excellent opportunity for a UK trained lawyer interesting in a broad role in either the corporate or the finance team of a leading offshore international law firm- this role will be based in Jersey in the Channel Islands.

Role Profile:

  • The transactional team of this international firm has a client base that includes global financial institutions, investment funds, private equity houses, multinational corporations, public organisations, sovereign wealth funds and high net worth individuals.
  • They are looking to recruit a junior lawyer with either (a) a mergers and acquisitions and mainstream corporate advisory background to join the Corporate practice group in the Jersey office or (b) a banking & finance lawyer with experience in any of the following: general banking, leveraged finance, asset finance, real estate finance or structured finance experience.
  • You will advise on some of the most cutting-edge work taking place in the offshore market from within a flexible and supportive team environment.

REMUNERATION AND RELOCATION

  • From £65,000 to £80,000 plus bonus (20% tax). 
  • Relocation allowance, air fares, and up to 4 weeks’ temporary accommodation.
