Corporate Finance NQ Lawyer - Edinburgh

Highly respected mid-tier firm is looking to add to their established corporate finance team based in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be NQ – 4 years PQE and the role will work within the Corporate team who advise clients on a variety of transactions but with a focus on share and business acquisitions and disposals.

The corporate team has continued to excel and build upon their successes in recent years and the firm has an excellent reputation for their M&A work as well as their private equity offering.  Candidates can expect high quality work, with a diverse client base across Scotland and the chance to work with a variety of different corporate partners providing you with a greater opportunity to widen your corporate skill set.
