In-House Property Lawyer - Glasgow

New vacancy for an experienced commercial property/ real estate lawyer to make the move in-house and join a major UK energy company- this role will be based in Glasgow.

• On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for providing legal support in respect of all property matters (for example: leases, purchases, site assembly, servitudes, and wayleaves) on our major infrastructure projects including, but not limited to, green grids, offshore and onshore wind, and green hydrogen - all of which are integral to delivering the UK’s ambitious Net Zero targets.
• You will have the autonomy to identify, and lead in the implementation of, innovative legal processes and best practice.  
• You will also have regular contact and on-going working relationships with senior managers and executives across the business.

Candidate Requirements:

• You will be a commercial property/real estate lawyer with 2+ PQE. Experience of energy or renewables from a real estate perspective would be an advantage but not essential.
