Excellent opportunity for a Private Client lawyer to join the award-winning, market leading Private Client team of a leading international law firm- this role will be based in their Glasgow offices (candidates seeking to split their time between Edinburgh and Glasgow are also invited to apply). 

Role Profile:

This is an opportunity to work in a highly productive environment where individuals gain exposure to high quality work and opportunities to develop.  The role will involve carrying out a wide range of core private client work, including:

• Wills,
• Powers of Attorney,
• Executry Administration,
• Trust Administration,
• Charity law and
• Estate planning.

Candidate Requirements: 

• The successful candidate's would be expected to run their own case load under the supervision of a Partner. 
• Candidates should have experience of working within Private Client, to work effectively both individually and as part of a dynamic team. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to work to tight deadlines within a commercially driven environment.
• The STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates would be preferable but not essential.
